Slack Executive Automation

At Pattern, keeping executives aligned on daily KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Operations is critical. I engineered an automated reporting system that pushes real-time insights directly to Slack, eliminating manual reporting hours.

The Challenge

Executives were spending too much time navigating multiple dashboards (Tableau, Salesforce, Snowflake) to get a pulse on the business.

The Solution

I built a Python-based automation engine that:

1. Extracts key metrics from Snowflake and Salesforce.
2. Processes the data to highlight trends and anomalies.
3. Formats the insights into a clean, interactive Slack message using Block Kit.
4. Delivers the report daily at 8:00 AM to the executive channel.

Impact
